Log what you did to grow the business. One line is enough.
Expenses and lead numbers are entered weekly, so shorter periods use a daily share of each week.
Value = what the client paid per session. Pay uses each client's trainer rate, for sessions your trainers log.
Picking a program fills in its sessions, length and price. You can still change them for each client.
Each topic is a module. Once a module has 10+ entries, there's enough real material to outline it. Ask Claude to build the course from this log anytime.
Download a copy of everything once in a while and keep it somewhere safe.
